How do I get a spare part? I am in the UK and I need Part J constantly showing as sold out on the web site and there is no telephone number available to contact you. I have sent three messages via contact and not even had the courtesy of a response, so disappointed.
I gave this 5 stars but I am rounding up from 4.7. It loses a few tenths for the quality of the mosquito netting and its hangers. I have seen better on lesser gazebos with heavier duty zippers and integrated velcro hangers. Apart from that minor point, it's all great. Construction is surprisingly robust and well thought-out, much sturdier overall than gazebos I have had in the past. As for assembly... I assembled the 10x13 gazebo on my own. The instructions recommend 4 people to erect the canopy but I had no such luxury. It can be done by one person, but it's going to take time (4 hours for me) and you'll need to take some liberties with the instructions. You will not be able to stretch the canopy over its frame, then raise it to the posts. You'll need to save the canopy for last, erecting the entire frame first. You'll need a good step-ladder, and I used pieces of a wire hanger to temporarily affix some suspended spans to their posts, otherwise it will be impossible to erect all of the posts and spans by yourself. Hope this helps someone.
I purchased an 8’x8’ Canopy to smoke outside in the Eastern United States. The only time that we’ve had to take it down is if the winds are over 15 mph. I’ve used this brand for trade shows and parties and never had any issues with the setup or dismantling and repacking.
That said, after 2 years the sidewalls are starting to get a bit worn out from all the time it’s spent in year round use.
If you’re looking for a better deal with great customer service then this is the place to be.
I had to do some custom modifications to make it fit under our gutters on the back deck but nothing that interferes with the durability of the frame (my son does pull ups 165 lbs. without damaging it).
I purchased several months ago and recently put together. Everything went together without an issue. Seems sturdy. Survived a heavy Florida storm this week. It's still cold (in Florida), so have not had a chance to actually use the canopy, but looking forward to it! I will update my review once I am able to use the canopy.
Its an excellent gazebo; easy to assemble, great weight, the quality of the frame is spectacular and the sand bags and the netting are great added values.
Va s'en servir à l'été
We live in Pennsylvania and it can get snowy windy and rainy same time. This Gazebo holds anything. Did go through snow storm already without any problems. We installed it in our small backyard so it never rains or get windy over there and it worked absolutely amazingly.
Although we have not had an opportunity to use our Gazebo we did open the boxes and verified all the parts were included and In good condition. We are very pleased with this purchase and look forward inviting friends and family to enjoy it with us.
I researched tents for sometime as a outdoor pandemic solution when it rains. I have forwarded the information to several friends and neighbors and we all have this gem. We received our tent and have been extremely happy. The 10x10 White Church door panel came damaged and I have not been able to reach anyone to replace it.
I purchased to have an outdoor party for my wife's 50th birthday and this tent saved the day. This was the anchor shelter and it served the purpose xuring a chilli night. The tent stayed ovet three windy days and held up nicely.
Really really well built lots of features
Used for camping trips. Only takes one person to setup, but it’s easier with two people. I love that it comes with all 4 walls. It’s a huge step up from those cheaper versions. Sturdy and keeps the rain out.
Came just as described. Very sturdy. I do feel like it condensated more then my other pop up awnings, which was weird. But overall great product!
Solid popup tent. Lay out the frame and throw the covers on.. Needs multiple people to get up, but good so far. Would probably like those silver, sun reflecting extra layer some tents have. Case has wheels and the purple color is nice. Hope it lasts without major issues.
ABCCanopy make very high quality Pop-Ups. This is my third Pop-Up and I love them.
The best tent you can get for your home. We love it .
Love the size, came with NO directions. We had some difficulty setting the top.
Solid & sturdy. I no went with blue but in hingsight would have gone with white so it could double as an outdoor movie screen. But happy with our purchase to extend our covered outdoor area during the pandemic
Used for outdoor workout area during covid gym shutdowns. Keeps the rain out and provides a sheltered area to exercise.Note: make sure you position the holes of the frame for the awning at the front before assembling. It’s a PIA to move it once fully assembled.
Our whole family loves this. We set it up on the porch all summer. Definitely takes two people to set up. Lasted through several big thunderstorms with no problem.
This thing meets everything I expected. Everything fits snug. There's room to stretch with the heat and wear. I anticipate that this will last for years! The last canopy I had was cheap. There is a pretty big difference in quality.
I’m love with this gazebo, easy to ensamble, me and my husband did everything in two hours, excellent quality, everything was complete and fit perfect, my family loved to spend the afternoons sitting there with this warm weather in Florida, best purchase ever!!!
This thing is great! Had it strapped down in 40-50 mph gusts and had no problem.
Very easy to set up and sturdy.
This is an awesome and very reasonably priced canopy. Highly recommend it to anyone!!!!
