I had high expectations when I ordered and those expectations were wildly surpassed. I am so happy with the results. For a custom sign the wait wasn't long, the quality was top tier. It arrived well wrapped and secure, to the point I got a little stressed unwrapping all the it was packaged in. But that just proves the care and detail they spent on it. The install took less than 5 minutes and all the needed hanging parts were provided with a few extra just incase.
Durable , a little heavy , easy to click to insert your sign and click to close. The assembly took me about 20-25 min.
I had bought the cheaper lighter weight version of this and it was not sturdy at all. It broke after 2 uses. This version is heavier, but seems much better made. I haven't used it yet, but just from the quality and thickness of the poles, I know it will work much better.
Great product, sturdy, beautiful and exactly as described.
I was able to do 90 percent of the installation singlehandedly, although a second person would have been a substantial improvement. I was very happy that everything was included.

Better than expected, good product
Just set this up a couple of days ago and it came a very high wind, heavy rain storm last night and this tent did great!! Everything under it is dry and it held up great in the wind! I even put most of it up by myself, my husband helped me pull the frame out but other than that I was able to do the rest on my own!!
I think they did a good job of printing. Ordering was easy and they came in good time. Price is very comparable to other similar items. Would order from them again
