ABC RETURN POLICY
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
As part of The ABCCANOPY Experience, our commitment is to provide superior products. We will make it right if you are not completely satisfied with your ABCCANOPY purchase. If there is a problem with your purchase the item must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item. After 30 days, issues will be addressed through the manufacturer's warranty. ABCCANOPY's guarantee doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or naturally caused accidents.
Please note: personalized ("custom") products created and delivered by ABCCANOPY in consultation with you as a customer are expressly excluded from the above-mentioned right of withdrawal!
Returning Items
Customers are required to pay all shipping cost for returns and exchanges. Refunds will only be granted for merchandise that is unused, unopened and still in its original packaging. ABCCANOPY will not send boxes to the customer for repackaging an unused item to ship back to us. ABC-CANOPY is not responsible for consumer error when ordering online. Items that have obvious signs of use, damage, or missing parts, will not be accepted for a refund.
Within 30 days of purchase, we accept:
- Defective items;
- Parcel Lost
- Parcel damaged on arrival
- Incorrect item received
The cost of return in the above cases will be borne by ABCCANOPY.
We don’t accept:
- Doesn’t suit me
- I changed my mind
- Arrived too late
- Looks different to image on site
In the above cases, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for the return or exchange.
How Do I return an Item?
If the requirements in our policies are met, please contact our customer service department: customersupporter@abccanopy.com and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Upon approval, you will be issued an RMA #. This number will be required in order for a refund to be made.
All returns received without an approved RMA # will be refused upon delivery. When emailing, please include the following information:
- Shipping Party’s Name
- Ship To zip code
- Reason for return
- Item(s) you wish to return
We highly recommend returning merchandise using a courier with tracking capabilities, such as Fed Ex. Please allow 5 – 7 business days to process returns upon receipt.
How to Get a Refund?
Please contact our email address( customersupporter@abccanopy.com ), provide pictures and specific information. After verification, we will help you finish the return and refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange, merchandise must be new and in its original condition, including packaging, accessories, warranties, manuals, etc. The customer is responsible for all charges related to return shipments. Exchanged merchandise must be received by ABCCANOPY within 30 days of the original delivery date prior to new product being shipped out. We highly recommend returning merchandise using a courier with tracking capabilities, such as Fed Ex. Please allow 5 – 7 business days to process exchanges upon receipt. All exchanges must be inspected by our quality control division before an exchange is processed.
Custom Items Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns on custom printed orders. We provide proofs for customers to approve. Once an order has been placed for a Custom Item, the order cannot be canceled if it has started production. If the Custom Item has not started production, there will be a 20% cancellation fee.
Product
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
To help you replace and fix canopies correctly, we have to
use your order number to get its model number, and also make sure that we
are your canopy’s manufacturer.

Providing them in advance can cut down the process dramatically.

The picture about parts’ number and quantity in need: How to get that? Firstly,
check the parts lists on instruction. Second, mark the needed parts in red
circle, take a screen shot of that. Third, send the picture with text description of
part numbers and quantity you need. PS: If you don’t have an instruction, feel
free to ask that us for that.(Please provide your order number first)

We also offer expedited deliver.
Pay attention: when expedited is applied, extra fees occur.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Usually we ship product(s) from our warehouse located in California. If the products are out of stock(both warehouse and Amazon), we have to ship them from oversea factory.
Please provide your city, state, zip code, and the product (SKU) you want to purchase. We will help you check the days for standard logistics and expedited logistics.
Customized Item
After the purchase,you can send
us your LOGO, color, text to this email address: sales@abccanopy.com and
professional designers will send you the schematic within 24 hours (weekdays
only). After obtaining your confirmation, within 7-15 days, a new partner will
come to you, unique, and work with you to achieve your goals faster and better.

The custom item usually takes 4-6 business days for
printing, 3-8 days for shipping.
You can first send the graphics to our email address:sales@abccanopy.com , and
confirm the effect drawing will help promote the whole customization project.
The 10x10 custom tent include 1x custom top,
1x frame,4x sandbags,4x ropes and 4x stakes,1x roller bag and free design service.
Please tell me the customized tent type you want
to order(S1, S2, S3), tent size (8x8,10x10, 10x15,10x20) and required side walls
and side walls quantity.I will send the correct template to your email.Thanks!
Others
Please send us the tax exemption certificate and we will refund the tax to your account after you place the order and receive the tracking number for the package.
Our commercial series (S1, S2, S3) tents have flame retardant labels sewn on the inside of the top. We can also provide you with electronic flame retardant certificates. But we recommend using it away from high temperatures and naked fire.
