Notice how many people have to buy parts. There's your first clue. Next clue, everybody seems real excited to have to buy parts for something that should be sturdy. The excessive excitement seems odd. Next, most websites' review entries start/default to zero Stars. These guys default theirs to five full Stars so unless you're ready to catch it, you default to rating five stars. Go figure.
Now to me. I got this as a gift so you won't see the verified tag. It broke on second use assembly because the braces and connections are cheap and flimsy and broke with a gust of wind. See the pics. Same pics I sent to them and they sent me a link back to where I could send them money for parts. Not gonna happen. Zip ties and duct tape will be just as sturdy. Maybe even last longer. Oh, and if you think that breaking on the second setup and then customer service sending me a link to buy parts is good customer service, then, well,... Maybe you should rethink that. Good luck.
