This is THE perfect base for my 10' ABCCANOPY cantilever double-Top 360⁰ rotating canopy umbrella.It arrived 100% ready to go. The holes lined up perfectly with my umbrella base. It took 8 screws to bolt it down.I added only water to it and it is heavy enough that my umbrella isn't going anywhere, and we have some very, very strong winds.It is a little difficult to move when it's full of water and I know I definitely couldn't move it on my own if I added sand or concrete. I really like this umbrella because it was easy to assemble — all of the parts marked and organized — is made of strong extruded aluminum, solid parts and connectors, and is nice and sturdy. This product is very sturdy and made of heavy duty, durable materials. I ordered this the same day as the canopy umbrella from the same company. This one arrived and, for some reason, my umbrella order was cancelled. So, now I have this base with no umbrella. Hopefully, I will be able to get the canopy umbrella reordered so I can use this product.
Fills very easy, you will need fill one side at a time since they are split. The fill hole is big enough with sand or water, I went with water.Has two drains on each side, making it easy to drain.Very durable with strong plastic.I definitely recommend you make sure it’s where you want it before filling, because even with wheels it’s a workout!
