I bought this because I love to go Halloween parties every year and It kept the sun off of us so we could enjoy a lovely evening.
The finish on this pergola is really nice. It is kind of a semi gloss, I guess. The pieces are well packaged and the directions are clear. But it is definitely a two person assembly. And I'd recommend regular hand tools and not the pieces shipped with it for assembly. But a nice product.
This patio pergola with retractable shades has been a great addition to our patio! It arrived well-packed and the setup was easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided. What I love most is the retractable shade feature, which allows you to adjust it based on how much sun you want. It’s so versatile and practical!
I had ambitions that I could put this together myself and that isn't really the case. It really is a two person job. However, once we had it done it really helps add to the patio. We can cover a lot more area than just the umbrella was doing. I love the ability to slide the cover in and out so when you want the sun you can have it. I'm not sure how it will fair as the fall has arrived and leaves will be falling. It might take some poking to get all the leaves down.
We are excited to have this on our back patio at our new home.It’s the perfect size to cover the entirety of our concrete patio that was uncovered.This is great for mornings to block the sun from our eyes during the summer.The top tends to stick when opening and closing until we added grease to the railing now it opens smooth and easy.Durable, solid metal posts, the bases are wide, and it really heavy, it’s been through several strong winds up to 70 mph.Excellent value.Highly recommend.
The quality of materials is pretty decent! It’s easy to assemble especially if you have 2 people which it recommends lol. I built it on my own no problem. Has a really nice look when it’s done. Price is reasonable for the quality.
It’s the perfect size for our yard, wasn’t too difficult to assemble, and I really like the wood grain appearance (even the carpenter bees mistake it for real wood). So far it’s survived one northern winter and is still sturdy and free of any rust or damage.
