I purchased the 10*12 and absolutely love it. Bolted it down to deck. We have had 30mph winds and had no issues. On the other hand we had heavy rain for about 5 days and rain was coming through. Light rain is no issue.

Was a challenge to put the top tent but was good .. only concern will be that top tent is little cheap material for holdings the corners on stand .. the Stretching could come off ..

Gorgeous large gazebo/patio cover. Went up decently quick though the directions could be vague. Took 4 of us to put up, the big nets are going to be very helpful during the summer. It was a little tricky to get the canopy cover on, but we tied some string in 2 of the ends and walked it over top with someone on a ladder in the middle to help guide.

Install was pretty straightforward, just follow the instruction and I had no issues. I did bolt the legs to the concrete and it went through few California storms without any issue. It still looks new so far and it's been over 3 months and alot of rain storms.

I got this gazebo because of the style and it has the thickest supports in the price range. It has been rainy and windy but I need some shelter outside over my fire pit.It arrived early in the morning as scheduled.We were lucky to have a few hours of dry weather to take advantage of so we installed it. Went up easily and works great.

Im still going to give 4 stars. I’m sure this was a one time occurrence the product was Beautiful some parts were cracked when it came which made it weak blew away instantly even after staked and weighted down. I do not recommend if you live in windy area and cannot bolt down. If you have a deck and can reinforce the product itself it is even better in person. I wish it would have worked out here return was made easy Amazon was a great help even took 2 boxes because couldn’t not fit in original… box. If I did not live near water and wind . I would purchase again.

I assembled this gazebo over 3 days, roughly 10 hours by myself. There were a few challenges not having a second set of hands but nothing too bad. I also took it very slow to be sure everything was lined up to make roof easier to finish.Overall this gazebo is really nice. It looks good and as long as you have decent knowledge of how to put things together, building it isn't too bad. The directions are pretty straightforward as far as picture style directions go.The holes all seemed to line up a…s long as you don't tighten everything down first. Get the bolts or screws for a particular section all in first and then tighten them before moving on to the next section and you shouldn't have too much trouble.This gazebo is very tall too. You will need a 10' ladder and a 6' ladder. Other tools used: cordless drill w/ allen bits, level, pliers, a pair of screwdrivers to align (drift) roof panels into place.Overall, this is a nice unit and I wish quality control had done a better job of packaging to prevent damage and getting the column count correct. Considering the price of lumber currently, this is a far better option than stick building something.Would recomend this particular unit if you want a lot of area covered.
